This will start with a meeting with you to understand the full scope of what you want to achieve. We may also opt for an assessment, either of your current plan or a site survey to better evaluate existing conditions and technical feasibility. Our engineering team then consults with you on a plan, iterating and nailing down designs to meet requirements and pass regulations. Finally, our project management team steps in to initiate construction on your project—finalizing plans, timelines, and resourcing.

Civil & Structural Engineering
Our Civil and Structural Engineering teams have the expertise to tackle a wide variety of projects, whether designing an enterprise company’s telecom infrastructure or designing a tower foundation for a major carrier. Our team plans for every aspect of a project, ranging from environmental factors to stability issues with terrain. Telamon is TARP-approved and iBwave Level 3 certified, and holds a professional engineering license in 49 states.
Design Engineering
Telamon’s Design engineers develop the plans and specifications for all equipment and kits that are assembled, packaged, and distributed to job sites. Both the engineering and wiring specifications are designed to ensure that every solution meets all regional, state, and end customer requirements.
Fiber Engineering
Many projects require immense amounts of fiber, and our fiber engineers are experienced in fiber route planning, cable splicing, data transmission optimization, and much more. There’s no project too complex—whether designing complex internal fiber optic networks for edge data center transmission or connecting cell sites to a carrier’s central office.
Network Engineering
