CEO Albert Chen Receives NMSDC Clarion Award

On May 20, CEO Albert Chen received the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) 2015 Clarion Award at the Annual NMSDC Leadership Awards gala. The Clarion Award recognizes leaders who have trumpeted the value of minority supplier diversity for more than 20 years.

Sought-after commentator and women’s and diversity advocate, Star Jones, hosted the awards gala. NMSDC President, Joset Wright-Lacey stated, “Our yearly leadership awards celebrate the best in minority business success and corporate commitment to supplier diversity.”

Other awardees included: Benita Fortner from Raytheon Corporation, Fred Lona from Hilton Worldwide, John Munson from Macy’s, Nina Vaca from Pinnacle Technical Resources, Hiten Patel from Collabera, Shelley Stewart from DuPont, and Fernando Martinez from the Northwest Mountain MSDC.
