Kat spent nearly 20 years at VMS Biomarketing in Indianapolis in a variety of client facing roles and ultimately as the VP, Human Resources at Telamon.
Kat has spent her career driving business performance through the heartbeat of companies – the people. She is passionate about building a culture and company where people are connected and want to come and stay.
Kat graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Communications, and has her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification. Kat lives in Fishers, Indiana with her husband, 3 kids and 2 labradoodles, and enjoys exercise, hiking, traveling, professional development, and spending time with family and friends.
