Dan Strunk is the Secretary and General Counsel for Telamon Corporation, where he manages global legal operations. He began his legal career as a civil trial and appellate lawyer before becoming the first in-house attorney for a leading industrial equipment manufacturer. Dan also served as Assistant General Counsel for a multinational specialty chemical company.
His expertise includes finance, M&A, litigation, compliance, contracts, and environmental law. Dan holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Indianapolis and a law degree from Indiana University. He frequently speaks at national forums on business law and legal ethics.
