John Rhoden brings 17 years of telecom expertise and 30 years in business leadership as an entrepreneur and former business owner. Joining Telamon in 2010, he now leads the Key Account sales team within the telecom division. Previously, he managed daily operations in Telamon’s wireline organization, overseeing telecom engineering, installation, optical deployments, and network migrations. John also directed the QP&T (Quality, Process, and Training) team, dedicated to customer satisfaction and compliance through quality control, process improvement, and training initiatives, ensuring Telamon’s high standards in telecom operations.
