Kat spent nearly 20 years at VMS Biomarketing in Indianapolis in a variety of client facing roles and ultimately as the VP, Human Resources. Kat has been at Telamon since 2016.
Kat has spent her career driving business performance through the heartbeat of companies – the people. She is passionate about building a culture and company where people are connected and want to come and stay.
Kat graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Communications, and has her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification. Kat lives in Fishers, Indiana with her husband, 3 kids and 2 labradoodles, and enjoys exercise, hiking, traveling, professional development, and spending time with family and friends.
