Mel Raines is the CEO of Pacers Sports & Entertainment, overseeing all business operations for the Indiana Pacers, Indiana Fever, Indiana Boom, and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. With more than 30 years of experience in corporate leadership, government relations, and event management, she has held senior roles in Congress, the White House, and at Altria Corporate Services. Raines played a pivotal role in organizing Indianapolis’ acclaimed 2012 Super Bowl and has been a leader in multiple Republican National Conventions. A graduate of Indiana University, she serves on numerous boards including the Pacers Foundation, Indy Chamber, Citizens Energy Group, and the Indianapolis Zoo, contributing her expertise to both business and community development.
