Stanley Chen is the CEO of Telamon Corporation, a family business that has surpassed $1 billion in revenue under his leadership. Previously, as COO, he led several acquisitions and divestitures, including an award-winning Deal of the Year. Stanley began his career at Telamon in roles ranging from Warehouse Associate to Operations Manager, gaining hands-on experience across the business.
Before joining Telamon, he held roles in marketing analytics, corporate strategy, and venture capital. Stanley serves on several boards, including Twin Valley Communications, the Indianapolis Zoo, and the International School of Indiana. Recognized by the Indianapolis Business Journal as both a “5 Under 25” and “40 Under 40” honoree, Stanley also received the “Best and Brightest” award from Junior Achievement.
He holds an MBA from Stanford and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. Stanley lives in Indianapolis with his wife, Allison, and their three children. They attend Chinese Community Church and enjoy traveling, sports, and imaginative play.
