Svetislav is results-driven operations and automotive industry leader with over 15 years of experience in plant management, continuous improvement, and project execution. Proven success in leading greenfield setups, managing cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence across diverse roles and companies. He started his career as Continuous Improvement Manager at Johnson Controls advancing to Quality Manager at Visteon and Plant Manager at ARC Automotive.
With a bachelor’s degree in industrial Electro Energetics, complemented by training in Lean Six Sigma, Finance and Supply Chain Management, he brings a strong technical and strategic foundation to complex operational challenges.
Svetislav leaves in Skopje, Macedonia with his wife and outside of work, he enjoys staying active through cycling and hiking, which helps recharge and maintain focus.
