Hiring at Telamon

Interested in finding a position with us? This is what you can expect the process to look like.

Have a look at our job board and find a position that interests you. Apply through the site. 

We’ll schedule time to get to know you, for you to get to know us, and ask us any questions you may have.

We use the Predictive Index’s behavioral and cognitive assessments, which are quick surveys that measure your internal motivators and learning agility. This helps us better understand you as a person and how you may fit in the role and at Telamon.

You’ll interview with hiring managers and other interviewers, usually over the course of two to three conversations. These interviews may be a mix of video or in-person, depending on the role and location.

At this point, we’re ready to make our decision. If we hire you, we’ll extend an offer letter and ensure you have the information you need to make your decision. If you accept, you’ll begin our onboarding process, which transitions  you into your new career at Telamon.
