As President of the Industrial Solutions business at Telamon Corporation for over eight years, Tom has led the unit’s global expansion and growth, known for his visionary leadership in driving transformational revenue and profit improvement. With expertise in international business, sales, engineering, and operations, he has built relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers worldwide. At Telamon, Tom expanded the wire harness customer base in the Automotive and Appliance markets and led the establishment of Telamon Europe in North Macedonia. Previously, he supported global Ultracapacitor growth at Maxwell Technologies, was COO at International Battery, and Director of Engineering at Enerdel. Tom also spent over 25 years at Delphi Electronics & Safety, including three years in Japan, where he directed Asia Pacific engineering operations and launched technical centers in India and China. A champion of customer focus and high-performance teams, Tom holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University. He resides in Carmel, Indiana.
