Telamon Corporation is pleased to announce J.A. Lacy, President & CEO of LDI, Ltd., has joined the Telamon Board of Directors. Mr. Lacy is the 7th Board Member, and 4th independent, outside member to join Telamon’s Board. Over the past several years, Telamon has made a deliberate effort to develop Best in Class corporate governance, including expanding its Board of Directors to be outside led. This is an exciting next step that will better enable the company to live out its mission of being a load-bearing support across generations. “J.A. has such relevant experience to help advise us as Telamon transitions into a multi–generational family firm. LDI is such a great success story of long-term value creation, with J.A. leading them through their fifth generation. We are very fortunate to have experience like that and so close by,” remarks Stan Chen about adding Telamon’s 7th Board Member.
