CARMEL, IN, July 8, 2026 —Telamon today announced the acquisition of Retire-IT, an IT Asset Disposition management company serving enterprise customers across North America. The acquisition strengthens Telamon’s technology lifecycle services by adding Retire-IT’s proven operating model, experienced leadership, and ability to scale enterprise disposition programs.
Retire-IT will serve as the operational foundation for Telamon’s enhanced ITAD offering, helping customers manage retired technology assets with greater visibility, accountability, and control. Its vendor-neutral model is built around program oversight, chain-of-custody management, downstream accountability, clear reporting, and documented outcomes.

Marks will join Telamon as Vice President of ITAD Services, bringing his industry leadership and Retire-IT’s operating model into Telamon’s broader technology lifecycle services platform.
