Telamon Corporation is pleased to announce the sale of its Automotive Kitting and Assembly division to fellow Indiana-based, minority company, Kem Krest. Telamon started in 1985 in the Telecommunications industry and subsequently entered into the automotive industry in 2002. Telamon more than tripled the automotive kitting and assembly business over the last 20 years. Telamon is pleased with the parameters of this sale, enabling customers to maintain Minority Spend with an Indiana-based company, keeping 100% of the jobs for its employees, and presenting strategic growth opportunities for both Kem Krest and Telamon.
