The Telamon Foundation, the charitable arm of Telamon Corporation, is pleased to announce that its grant application for 2017 is now available. 2017 marks the Telamon Foundation’s fourth annual round of funding.
“In 2016, the Foundation awarded grants to four organizations in support of initiatives that focus primarily on the Foundation’s pillars of arts and education,” said Stephanie Fuhrmann, President of the Telamon Foundation. “We are looking forward to seeing what programs are presented in 2017 that align with our philanthropic endeavors.”
The four organizations who received funding in 2016 included Christel House Academy, KIPP Indy Public Schools, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, and The Center for the Performing Arts.
In addition to these four grants, Telamon employees were able to help determine how the Foundation spent a portion of its philanthropic resources where its employee base is best served through the Telamon Foundation Employee Giving Program. Some of the organizations supported included the Carmel Fire Department, Booth Tarkington Civic Theatre, Women’s Fund of Central Indiana, Riley Children’s Foundation, Fontana Pop Warner (CA), Bo Tkach Foundation (PA), Foundation Fighting Blindness (MD), and Camp Kudzu (GA).
Update: The application for 2017 is now closed.
