over the last 20 years. Telamon is pleased with the parameters of this sale, enabling customers to
maintain Minority Spend with an Indiana-based company, keeping 100% of the jobs for its employees,
and presenting strategic growth opportunities for both Kem Krest and Telamon. Kem Krest, with its
