With a standard 35-day lead time to solve the issue, the customer went to Telamon in hopes for a faster solution.

We found that one string would have the capacity to carry the plant within the Battery Hourly Reserve requirements.
Existing jobs were evaluated.
Materials were borrowed from other jobs, giving us enough batteries and materials to find a solution.

The standard turnaround time for this scope of work is 56 days. We completed the job within 10.
