Telamon offered in-house engineering and custom design capabilities, allowing for the delivery of network assemblies without requiring OEM engineers. This ensured that the network assemblies were tailored precisely to the client’s specifications and operational needs.
This service supports a wide range of configurations, including ROADM/DWDM for carriers, encrypted optical transport to meet banking industry standards, and data center interconnect solutions for cloud providers.
Telamon performed a full range of testing, including Traffic and BERT testing, part and loopback testing, basic Greenlight testing, and RAMAN testing. Custom fiber validated a specific span of lengths, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the network assemblies.
The company handled software loading and photonic/line-system configurations, providing a complete solution that integrated seamlessly with the client’s existing infrastructure.
Every configuration was rigorously tested to meet custom standards, ensuring that the final product adhered to the highest quality benchmarks.
Telamon’s process covers everything from design to bill of materials (BOM) to assembly, streamlining the project and reducing the time from concept to deployment.

Infrastructure: The facility includes AC/DC power, an electrostatic discharge (ESD) floor, and 64 build-testing stations, ensuring a controlled environment for sensitive equipment.
Dedicated Assembly Space: A dedicated network assembly area spans 5,000 sq. ft. with a full ESD floor, full network connectivity, and a 2000 amp power supply. The facility can accommodate comprehensive testing, including 72-hour tests, and has kitting and minor assembly areas to adapt to varying project needs.
High volume capacity: The facility has the capacity to deliver 60,000 fully built and integrated solutions annually, ensuring scalability for larger projects.
