Telamon has provided opportunities for my career growth. Starting as an engineer, I have been able to wear many hats including mentoring other employees that were willing to push their perceived boundaries. It has changed my perspective of what it means to be a “Manager” vs creating a succession plan for other leaders. My opinions are heard, and I continue to think outside the box to find ways for Telamon to “win”.
